What kind of photograph works best?
A well-lit portrait with a clear face, ideally at least 512 pixels on each side. Old photographs are welcome. A photo of a print can work too: keep it straight, sharp, and free of glare.
Is this a real recording of my loved one?
No. The photograph is real; the movement is generated with AI. It is an interpretation, not recovered footage or a record of something they actually did. We never generate speech or voices.
What happens to my photograph?
Your photograph is stored privately for the order and may be processed by our AI provider. It is never added to a public gallery. Our working copy is deleted after delivery; provider retention is explained in our privacy notice.
Do I need a subscription?
No. A 5-second portrait costs US$5, or choose 10 seconds for US$9. Each purchase is for one downloadable video. There is no recurring payment.
