01 / Choose and check the photograph
Pick a JPG, PNG, or WebP under 10 MB with at least 512 pixels on each side. A clear face and even lighting help. The image stays on your device while you choose it and review the form.
Tell us who is shown, add an optional memory note, and choose five or ten seconds. Confirm that you have permission to use the photo and create a portrait of everyone depicted.
02 / Save your private order and pay securely
Continuing from the review step uploads the prepared photograph and creates a private order. Copy the complete link or save its text-file backup before leaving. It is also remembered in the same browser.
Pay US$5 for five seconds or US$9 for ten seconds through Stripe. For several photos, buy three ten-second credits for US$25 or six for US$49 on the pricing page, then add photographs from your collection. There is no subscription. Anyone with the full private link can access the order, so keep it out of public posts.
03 / We animate and review the result
A person checks the source, chooses suitable movement, and reviews the generated film. A close headshot may work best with a warm smile; a ten-second portrait can allow a more gradual glance or a suitable wave.
We check the face, eyes, mouth, hands, movement, and duration. One retry is included if the first result is unsuitable. If we cannot create an acceptable result, we refund that film’s purchase value.
04 / Return to your link and download
Your private page shows progress and the finished film, usually within 48 hours after payment and receipt of a usable photograph. Email notifications are not enabled yet. Return to the saved link or open “Your memories” in the same browser.
Download the MP4 and keep a copy somewhere safe. Our working photograph is deleted after delivery or refund. The AI provider may retain copies according to its own policies, as explained in our privacy notice.
