Download it from your private page
- Open the private order link you saved, or “Your memories” in the same browser.
- Use the download button on the delivered film.
- On a computer, the MP4 usually lands in your Downloads folder. On a phone, it may go to a Files or Downloads location rather than your photo library; from there you can usually save it to your photos.
- Play the downloaded file once to make sure it opens.
Name it and keep a backup
- Give it a descriptive name, such as “dad-1968-ai-animated.mp4”, so its nature is clear even without context.
- Store it in the same folder as the original scan.
- Keep at least two copies in different places, for example your computer and a cloud folder or external drive.
- Do not rely on the order page as your only archive. Download promptly and keep your own copy.
Ways to send it

Send the film, not the order link
The private order link works like a key. Anyone with it can open your order and request a refund. Send the downloaded MP4 instead, and keep the link to yourself. For the conversation that comes before sharing, read sharing with family.
Playing it on a TV or at an event
MP4 is a widely supported format, but test on the exact device you will use. Remember the film is silent and only five or ten seconds long. If you want it to repeat, use the player’s loop setting rather than duplicating the file.
